It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a SWISS International Air Lines Airbus A330-300 taking off from Zurich Airport, as it heads off to an international destination.
SWISS operates a fleet of 14 Airbus A330-300 aircraft in its long-haul fleet. The airline also operates the Airbus A340-300 and Boeing 777-300ER in its wide-body operation.
The airline is due to receive Airbus A350 aircraft shortly to replace the Airbus A340 as it continues to expand its operation.
This aircraft – HB-JHN is named Altdorf. It joined the SWISS fleet in April 2013, It has been active in the fleet since then. It has been a little less active recently, with it operating a return to Dubai, and then off to Chateauroux, where it has remained since 19th December.
