It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have an Etihad Airways Boeing 787-10 in its Greenliner livery touching down at Heathrow Airport after completing the trip from Abu Dhabi International.
Etihad Airways operates a fleet of 10 of the largest Boeing 787-10 Dreamliners in its widebody fleet. The airline also operates the Airbus A350-1000, Airbus A380, Boeing 777-300ER and Boeing 787-9.
Together they build connectivity between Abu Dhabi to the world – to borrow the airline’s advertising tagline.
This aircraft – A6-BMH – is painted in a variant of the Ethiad house colours as a “Greenliner”, showing the airline’s efforts to reduce its environmental impact. It’s operated out of its Abu Dhabi base to Delhi, Frankfurt, Phuket, Singapore, Manchester, Manila and Amsterdam in recent days.
More Airplane Art next week.
