“As we continue to be at the forefront of global connectivity, Qatar Airways is delighted to once again serve the Kansai region of Japan with our new Osaka route.

He added:

“This strategic expansion strengthens the award-winning airline’s commitment to the Japanese market, opening a gateway for travellers from Japan to the “Best Airport in the Middle East”, Hamad International Airport and our network of over 170 destinations across Africa, Europe, the Middle East and more.”

With the route resumed, tickets are on sale via the Qatar Airways site, as well as through the usual sales channels. Those who are connecting in Doha can take advantage of the airline’s stopover programmes too.

As for passengers, it will provide further options between Doha and Japan, with timings to meet connecting flights from Europe and Africa, as interest and growth in the Asian market continue to increase.
