It’s taken some time, but Emirates has finally unveiled new lounge at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport
The airline’s 925 square meter lounge opened its doors earlier this week to welcome First and Business Class customers, as well as Emirates Skywards members.
It is located in Terminal 2C at Paris CDG, with the ability to hold up to 165 guests. Customers can look forward to a refreshed and modern design with new furnishings, cosy chairs and sofas, enhanced shower facilities with VOYA products, complimentary Wi-Fi, and striking views of the airport runway.
The lounge will also showcase its food and beverage selection, with local dishes and delicacies, including pan-fried fillet of beef drizzled with béarnaise sauce, poached fillet of cod with vierge sauce, delicious cheese board spreads, and rich desserts.
The airline will also offer its premium customers premium spirits and liqueurs; a variety of French wines from renowned regions including Bordeaux; and a range of the finest Moet & Chandon champagnes.
The lounge will also feature unique seating arrangements for dining, lounging and quiet spaces for relaxation.
The new lounge replaces the temporary facility that the airline used in CDG Terminal 1 with Extime. With the refurbished lounge now open, services will shift back to Terminal 2.
Covering France
Emiates covers France with three daily Airbus A380 from Paris, Nice with an Airbus A380 and Lyon with a Boeing 777-300ER (soon to be an Airbus A350 route).
With 21 flights a week to a capital destination, having a facility the airline operates and controls is key, to maintaining the quality that Emirates is known for. With it able to hold 165 passengers at a time, it should be plenty of space for the airline’s premium passengers.
As long as there are no delays.
