It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a Wizz Air Malta Airbus A320 arriving at Hamburg Airport after completing a short hop.
Wizz Air Malta operates a fleet of 19 Airbus A320 (40 across the group). The airline also operates the Airbus A320neo and Airbus A321 in its Maltese operation.
This aircraft – 9H-WAU – initially joined Wizz Air UK in March 2018. It then moved registration to the Wizz Air (Hungry) in March 2019. It took up its Maltese registration in March 2023.
It has recently been operating out of the Wizz bases of Sofia and Tirana to destinations such as Rome, Frankfurt Hann, Barcelona, Hamburg, Memmingen, Nis, Valencia, Larnaca, Beirut, Milan, Genoa, Vienna, Nice, Bari, Warsaw, Paris Beauvais, Cologne, Rimini and Venice-Treviso
