It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have an Ethiopian Airlines Airbus A350-900 taxiing at London Heathrow Airport after completing the trip from Addis Ababa.
Ethiopian Airlines operates a fleet of 20 Airbus A350-900. They also operate the Boeing 767-300ER, Boeing 777 -200LR, Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 787-8 and Boeing 787-9 in its widebody fleet.
Together, they connect Addis Ababa and Ethiopia to the world.
This aircraft—ET-AWN—is named Bunna. It joined the Ethiopian Airlines fleet in May 2019 and has remained in the fleet since then. At the time of writing, the aircraft is active, operating out of its Addis Ababa hub to Zanzibar, Toronto, Rome, Harare, Kilimanjaro, and London Heathrow.
More Airplane Art next week.
