It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a United Airlines Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner just before it touches down at its home base of Chicago O’Hare International Airport.
United Airlines operates a fleet of 21 Boeing 787-10 aircraft in its widebody fleet. As part of the operation, the airline also operates the Boeing 767-300ER, Boeing 767-400ER, Boeing 777-200, Boeing 777-200ER, Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 787-8 and Boeing 787-9 as widebody aircraft.
These aircraft are used on both international and domestic traffic, where the demands of a passenger can be satisfied with a widebody aircraft.
Together with its regional and short-haul fleet, it connects the USA to the world.
This aircraft – N12012 – joined the United Airlines fleet in February 2022. It’s remained in the United Airlines fleet since then. Like most long-haul aircraft, it has been busy, operating out is Chicago base to Brussels, Frankfurt, Honolulu, and Sao Paulo.
More Airplane Art Next Week!
