It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane art
This week, we have a Cathay Pacific Boeing 777-300ER preparing to push back at its home base of Hong Kong International Airport as it heads off to its next international destination.
Cathay Pacific operates a fleet of 54 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in its widebody fleet. The airline also operates the Airbus A330-300, Airbus A350-900 and Airbus A350-1000 in its widebody fleet.
Together they connect Hong Kong to China and the world.
This aircraft – B-KQP – joined the Cathay Pacific fleet in August 2014. It’s been active in the fleet since it joined (with a period of the aircraft parked and stored between November 2020 and August 2021). The aircraft has been kept busy on long-haul duties, operating out of its Hong Kong base to Vancouver, Singapore, Mumbai, Tokyo-Haneda, London Heathrow and Perth (Australia).
More Airplane Art next week!
