It’s that time of year – as the 25th December rolls around – or Christmas Day for those who celebrate.
For those of you on the front lines who are working today (be it an early, middle or late shift – on the ground, in the air, in a hospital, care home, in a restaurant, or anywhere else), thank you – I hope you had time to have some joy today.
For those of you who have travelled – be it near, middle or far, I hope you’ve made it to where you need to be today, as travel of any sort does one important thing – connect people together.
And those who don’t celebrate this holiday – have a quiet and restful day.
On behalf of the Economy Class and Beyond Team, I wish you a Merry Christmas and thank you for your support and viewership over the year.
Christmas/New Year period coverage
With the news headlines being a little light this week, your editor and writer are going to take advantage of this and pretty much put the blog on automatic while some bigger things are prepared.
We’ll have our end-of-year assessment and report at the back end of the year. However, this is the one time where I’m taking things a little easier than normal.
Until then, enjoy the time with your loved ones.
