It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-300ER taxiing at London Heathrow Airport as it heads to Terminal 2 completing the journey from Singapore Changi in the early morning.
Singapore Airlines operates a fleet of 22 active Boeing 777-300ER. The airline also operates the Airbus A350-900, Airbus A350-900ULR, Airbus A350-1000, Airbus A380 and Boeing 787-10 in its widebody fleet.
Together, they connect the island of Singapore to the world.
This aircraft – 9V-SWV – joined the Singapore Airlines fleet in September 2013, making it around 11 years old at the time of writing. It is an active aircraft, operating from its Singapore home to Zurich, Tokyo-Narita, London-Heathrow, Los Angeles and Beijing-Capital in recent days.
More Airplane Art next week!
