AEGAN Airways is boosting its fleet, with the announcement that the airline will add additional A321neo aircraft.
The airline will order 8 additional A321neo aircraft, thus further expanding for the third time its original agreement with Airbus for A320 / A321neo family aircraft, initially signed in 2018, with the first deliveries starting in 2020.
Out of the aircraft ordered, 58 Airbus A320/A321neo aircraft, 37 will be the larger version of the A321neo family. Four of those will be Airbus A321LR (Long Range) which will offer extended range operations and a newly designed passenger cabin, specifically configured to serve flights to new markets of up to 7.5 hours.

Delvieries
To date, 34 Airbus A320 / A321neo family aircraft have already been delivered while 24 more aircraft are scheduled to be delivered in the coming years, including the new order.
In 2025, AEGEAN has already taken delivery of one A320neo aircraft and is planning to take delivery of four more new aircraft of the A320/A321neo family during the year.
These are supported by the existing Airbus A320ceo/Airbus A321ceo fleets the airline uses to connect Greece to Europe and beyond.
