This week, we have an Air Serbia ATR72-600 arriving at Bucharest Henri Coandă Airport as it completes the short hop from Belgrade.
Air Seriba operates a regional fleet of 10 ATR72-600 aircraft.
The airline also operates Airbus A319, Airbus A320, Airbus A330-200, Embraer E190 and Embraer E195 in its fleet, connecting Belgrade and Serbia to destinations in Europe, Asia and the USA.
This aircraft – YU-ASC – is owned by Norwegian Air Capital and leased out to its customers. It was initially delivered to Azul Linhas Aereas in December 2015. It then moved onto White Airways in April 2016 (where the aircraft was parked twice in its carrier). Most recently, it was delivered to Air Seriba in June 2024.
As a regional/short haul aircraft, it has operated out of its Belgrade base to Venice, Tirana, Krakow, Prague, Athens, Zagreb, Budapest, Banja Luka and Tivat.
More Airplane Art next week!
