It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have an Air France Airbus A220-300 landing at London Heathrow Airport as it completes the short hop from Paris Charles de Gaulle.
Air France operates a fleet of 44 Airbus A220-300 aircraft in its single-aisle fleet (with 39 active at this time). The airline also operates the Airbus A318, Airbus A319, Airbus A320 and Airbus A321 in its narrowbody fleet.
These connect Paris and France to Europe and beyond, whilst providing feed to its hubs in Paris.
This aircraft – F-UZHD, is named Lesparre-Medoc. It joined the Air France fleet in December 2021, remaining in the fleet since then, as these aircraft replace the existing Airbus A318 and Airbus A319 in the airline’s fleet.
It remains active within the Air France fleet, operating out of Paris Charles De Gaulle to Milan-Linate, Amsterdam, Lyon, Munich, Warsaw, London-Heathrow, Edinburgh, Dublin, Stockholm-Arlanda and Brest.
More Airplane Art next week!
