It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a Virgin Atlantic Airbus A350-1000 arriving at London Heathrow Airport on the south runway as it completes a long-haul journey.
Virgin Atlantic operates a fleet of 12 Airbus A350-1000 aircraft in its fleet. The airline also operates Airbus A330-300, Airbus A330-900neo and Boeing 787-9 in its widebody operation.
They connect Heathrow to destinations in North America, the Caribbean, South Africa, the Middle East and India.
This aircraft – G-VJAM, is known as Queen Of Hearts. It joined the Virgin Atlantic fleet in December 2019 and has remained in its fleet since then. In recent days, it has operated out of its Heathrow base to New York-JFK and Atlanta.
More Airplane Art next week!
