In news that should surprise... well... no-one at all, Berlin Brandenburg Airport will not open 2014 in any form at all.  This includes the vain hope of running some flights from a small part of the new airport. Berlin Brandenburg Airport – Delayed to October 2013?

It what is fast descending into what can be described as a farce, there are  rumblings that the new Berlin Brandenburg Airport has now has its opening  delayed to OCTOBER 2013 instead of the 17th Mach 2013 that was stated after the previous botched opening attempt. Going on from the earlier post about Lufthansa re-siting all their new Berlin service back to Berlin-Tegel, it seems that the new opening date for the brand new Berlin Brandenburg Airport will be now the 17th March 2013.
