So what is it? It’s a fancy Ferris wheel what want a better description – akin to the London Eye, but that just bit bigger than the Singapore flyer, coming in at 550-foot/168 metre high.
Because size does matter.
The High Roller from the Linq
Now, we’ve all tried herding cats at one point, and it’s pretty much the same with bloggers. We get anywhere and everywhere. Especilly when points and miles are on the mind.
But eventually, we made in and into the venue.
We were all ushered up into a few different pods, and it was time for us to accend into the Las Vegas sky (a lot slower than normally in a plane!)
But soon the pod begun its 30 minute accent and descent… with a lot of bloggers aboard. Now those pictures are censored from the world, but instead, I’ll show you the views 😉
Off we climb!
Nearing the top of the accent.

And on our way down.
With the ride over and the exit via the gift shop done, some people decided to party the night away. I decided to head back to the hotel as I was beat.
Overall: It’s certainly a unique way of seeing more of Las Vegas, and whilst it its bigger than the London Eye and the Singapore Flyer, it doesn’t seem to boast as much. Again, it’s best done at night. It’s a bit pricey though at $24.95 during the day, $34.95 at night (although you can save $5 by staying at The Linq/Quad/Imperial Palace or at The Flamingo. Go at Sunset or night for the best views.

Nice photos, so stealing them for my review :D. Next time we need a bigger taxi for the ride back
In my opinion Las Vegas eye is much better than our London eye.

Hehe. Only if you ask nicely! A larger taxi wouldn’t have been bad (or an Uber.. or a lower fare).
I’m not sure. The lights of Vegas sure are pretty, but not much beats the London Eye at sunset. I should go on it sometime again…
