BD: Morocco Moves Zone

15/02/2011 by Kevincm

Intresting news from BMI with Morocco moving redemption zone from Zone 5 to Zone 2.

Instead of costing 40000 miles for a Y class round trip with all the taxes, this now drops to 12000 miles instead.

Of course, for Diamond Club Gold holders, Gold Upgrades or CUVs can also be used to bump up to business.

A logical move this is – least of all it is being served by Short Haul Equipment so this aligns to the rest of the strategy. And quite frankly not worth the Zone 5 fees.

Of course, if you live in Morocco, and want cheap redemptions to anywhere else, it;s suddenly gone up….
