So another week has passed, and what have you missed on Economy Class and Beyond?
I wrote about a time when I needed to contact an airline over a fare. With 48k of Avios and 1340 Tier Points on the line on a public fare, it seemed the right thing to do.
In Networks, Finnair added Chicago to its destination list, Qatar goes daily to Edinburgh, British Airways to take its A380s double daily to Miami.
The Bombardier CSeries fleet was strengthened as FTV1 returned to the air.
I look at Qantas’s latest effort to pull at the heart-strings again
In Trip reports, I wrapped up my BAcon trip report with a flight aboard an Aer Lingus and my thoughts.
And we took time to remember those who fell at the end of World War 1.
Next week is going to be a little quieter than normal as I’m preparing my presentations for FTU Amsterdam, and as such – I’m busy preparing slide decks, gifts… and some rather independent commentary (I’m also holding back on a trip report for a bit whilst I spend my time doing the presentations and rehearsing them!).
As well as featuring this video from Monty Python.

But what does The Dead Parrot Sketch have to do my talk? Come to Amsterdam and find out!
