From 27th October, the airline will base 5 of its Boeing 737-800 fleet at Berlin Schönefeld and in typical Ryanair style, will launch 16 routes. These include:
Daily (or more services)
- Athens
- Barcelona
- Bologna
- Bratislava
- Brussels (3 x daily)
- Madrid (2 x daily)
- Riga
- Rome Ciampino (2x daily)
Less often (operating 2 to 4 times a week)
- Alicante
- Bari
- Glasgow
- Malaga
- Palermo
- Palma Mallorca
- Valencia
- Venice
At the same time, three routes will get boosted with extra services
- Dublin jumps from 7 services a week to 9 services a week
- London Stansted jump from 2 services a day to 4 daily flights
- Milan Bergamo doubles in frequencies from 1 service to 2 services a day
We can all make noises about Ryanair’s customer service, its scratchcard sales, and it’s fees (which the airline itself is improving on warning you about), but for a lot of people – Ryanair works for them, and they’ll find these extra services welcome.
