Well, tomorrow takes me back to Germany – and somewhere were I haven’t been in years – and that’s Hamburg (If I’m honest, the last time I was there was when I was… 9 or 10 years old. Considering I’m nearing 40 this year, it’s been a long time).
Sadly – whilst I’ll have little time for sightseeing as I’m going to be busy at Aircraft Interiors Expo 2015.
Aircraft Interiors. Wow. That sounds interesting as some of you roll your eyes.
Well… it is – as it relates to everything that’s in a plane. Such as:
- Seats – From the biggest First Class Seats to the Economy Class cram-them-in specials
- In-Flight Entertainment
- WiFi connectivity
- Amenity Kits
- Bathrooms
- Galley
- And so forth.
So what can you look forward from me whilst I’m at AIX? I’m going with my camera, a notepad, a MacBook Pro and a very open mind to see what there is to see.
I’ll be blogging where and when I can, but I’ll be posting a lot to Twitter at @EconomyBeyond as the two days go on.
I’ll hopefully be meeting some people along the way
And yes. I’ll be wearing a buttoned shirt and trousers both days. No T-shirt and track-suit bottoms for me this time 😉
If you want me to keep an eye out, post a comment in the box below, and I’ll keep my eyes open!
If you’re going to AIX, let me know on Twitter at @EconomyBeyond, and hopefully I’ll see you on the floor of the Expo
