It doesn’t matter if you were 007 – No knives allowed through security!

We all have our favourite James Bonds (or actors who have portrayed 007 over years. Mine are Roger Moore (I liked the way he brought dry humour to the role), and Pierce Brosnan (who did a great restart of the 007 Franchise in “GoldenEye” and “Tomorrow Never Dies”.

Alas it seems Pierce Brosnan forgot he was no longer James Bond as he went through a TSA Screening Point when tried to bring through a 10″ Hunting Knife in his hand luggage according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Pierce Brosnan as James Bond and Desmond Llewelyn as ‘Q’, in Tomorrow Never Dies – EON Produtions, MGM/UA.

And the video it’s from:

It seems the TSA spotted the knife and confiscated it before letting Mr Brosnan on his way.

To quote Q. “Pay attention 007…” … especially when it comes to security regulations.
