If there’s a theme building for 2016, striking seems to be a big theme. This time SAS in Sweden are out on strike.

The strike will run through to the 14th June 2016.
SAS have announced that short and medium flights to and from Sweden are affected. SAS estimate that 230 flights and 27 000 passengers will be affected.
The following flights are not affected:
- SAS Flights operated to and from the US and Asia
- Flights operated by Danish Crews
- Flights operated by Norwegian crews
A list of flights which are operating are listed on the SAS site. As usual, check before you fly.
If you are affected, rebooking options are open – and you will need to contact SAS to ensure you can get rebooked as appropriate. This will probably mean flights outside the strike period.
None the less, a bit more travel inconvenience to deal with in life is never welcome.
