I’m sure you’re all aware of United Airlines incident aboard United Express Flight 3411 on Sunday evening… and the resulting fall-out of it.
It seems that United has discovered the term “contrition” with their latest press release
Although it’s taken near enough 48 hours to get that apology out into the world. Not ideal.
Meanwhile, other airlines are taking the opportunity to take a dig at United in its current state

United Airlines actions (and its tardy response) have left damage – let’s not beat about the bush here.
There will be consequence along the line with twenty-four hour news channels gobbling up the details with the video on repeat, Twitter getting constant re-tweets with everyone piling in and the general public watching, forming their own opinions.
And those opinions add up when they choose to book their next flight…
