Emirates to double Prague Service

28/03/2018 by Kevincm

Emirates seems to be continuity expanding its network, with the announcement of a second daily flight between Dubai and Prague.

The new flight will start from the 1st July 2018, with a 360 seater Boeing 777-300ER being deployed on the Dubai-Prague route.

EK139/140 - Booked Equipment: Airbus A380
Data: Emirates

The airline will add an  three-class Boeing 777-300ER with 8 First Class Suites, 42 Business Class seats and 310 Economy Class seats with this extra flight

Of course, if a second flight is being rostered, it’s to improve connectivity out of the Dubai hub – with timings to meet the early bank of departures from Dubai International, heading Eastwards, including China, Africa and  Australasia. The flight will also connect with flyDuabi’s regional network too.

EK139/140 continue to operate on a daily basis with an A380. If you’re in Economy class – you might want to consider this – with the plane having a larger seat width than the Boeing 777-300ER.

It’s a great capacity uplift to Prague – with over 262,800 extra seats a year between the two cities.

The trick as usual will be how to fill those seats, and if they can do in the long-term.
