It’s Sunday again, so must be time for some more airplane art.
This week – climbing out of Chicago O’Hare International Airport as it begins its long flight to China is a Hainan Airlines Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, painted in a special livery promoting Kung Fu Panda.
Hainan Airlines operate a fleet of 17 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners. It also operates 10 of the smaller Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft. These are supported by nine Airbus A330-200 and 17 A330-300 aircraft.
These are used across the Hainan Airlines long haul network, connecting Haikou Melian Airport in Hainan and Beijing Capital Airport.
More Airplane art next week!
Photographers notes: Shot with a Canon 6D with a 100-400 f4.5-5.6L Series Lens, ISO100, 1/500 at f8.0. Shot of course from the balcony of the Hyatt Regency O’Hare.
