It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week – something a little different – with a Atlas Air Boeing 747-400 Freighter climbing out of Chicago O’Hare International and over the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Chicago as it climbs out and heads out to its next destination.
Atlas Air operates a lot of different variants of the Boeing 747-400 Freighter, and on behalf of different clients as well as itself. The fleet breakdown includes 20 Boeing 747-400s, including the 11 base freighters, 6 for Polar Air and DHL, 1 for Polar Air, 3 for Qantas Freight. The airline also operates 1 747-400BCF (Boeing Converted Freighter) 5 747-400 BDSF (BeDek Special Freighter) and 2 747-400ERF (Extended Range Friegher).
The airline also operates Boeing 747-8 freighter, and Boeing 767 freighters on behalf of Amazon and DHL.
More Airplane Art next week!
