Want the Emirates First Class Experience at home? Good news!

11/10/2018 by Kevincm

For those of you who want the Emirates First Class Experience at home – the airline is selling some of its amenities in its store. Let’s see what’s they’re flogging to make your home a bit like an Emirates Suite.

First Class Pyjamas

So if you can’t afford to fly Emirates First Class (or can’t be bothered to scour eBay), this might be the next best thing – in flight “Hydra-active sleepware”  Pyjamas. They’re interesting pyjamas, made with Shea Buter and Argan Oil, and washable, so you can use them again and again – and still be moisturised as you sleep.

They’re available in both female and male styles, the pyjamas come in four sizes and in a jersey travel pack. The dark grey men’s pyjamas come with wide leg pant and ribbed collar, while the female’s pyjamas come in a light grey tapered pant and reverse darker colour collar.

Or see below.

For those who want this luxury at home, that will run you AED 200 (£42/US$55/€47) a set.

First Class Blanket

These are being sold too. According to the airline “When open, the cream coloured, furry blanket has armholes and pockets to keep hands and feet warm.  This essential item can also be converted into a travel pillow, providing ultimate comfort and support for the neck”.

Which is nice.

These will run cost you AED 225 (£47/US$62/€53.

Headphones

For those who love noise cancellation, Bowers & Wilkins PX headphones are being sold. They have a 22 hour runtime with three noise cancellation modes. They come in two colours and a branded Emirates case.

If you fancy these, they’re AED 1,799 (£370/US$490/€424)

Online ordering and delivery costs an extra AED 30.

It’s interesting to see how airlines are trying to sell the experiences and capitalise on their partnerships. And there are people out there who will willing pay for these experiences in the home when they find the right airline blanket.

And maybe when they get the money to afford a first class ticket, they might consider the airline they brought the items on.

Although – there’s always eBay…
