If you’re looking to top off your British Airways Executive Accounts with bonus Avios, now could be a time to get your skates on with up to a 45% purchasing bonus.
It’s that time again
The offer is simple, you purchase or gift a number of Avios, and you get a handy little bonus on top.
- Purchase or Gift 1,000 – 15,000 Avios and receive 20% bonus Avios
- Purchase or Gift 20,000 – 35,000 Avios and receive 30% bonus Avios
- Purchase or Gift 40,000 – 90,000 Avios and receive 35% bonus Avios
- Purchase or Gift 100,000 – 200,000 Avios and receive 45% bonus Avios
The offer runs up until Sunday 25 November 2018, and finishes just before midnight (GMT).
You can purchase Avios for yourself – or gift them as needed. If you gift them, the bonus Avios will go to the recipient of the Avios.
The usual logic applies to this sort of purchase – if you’re using them top off your account for a big redemption – this is a good idea. If you’re buying Avios to stockpile them for a rainy day… I’d hold off buying – as the Bank of International Airlines Group tends to devalue rather than add value in the majority of situations.
This isn’t the best offer British Airways has had – there have been more than one 50% bonus on Avios purchases in the past. However, if you need a few thousand to top off for a redemption – this is as good as time any to get them.
