Time for another snapshot, this time focusing on the short-haul business class passenger experience between London Heathrow and Hamburg airport on British Airways 962

Check-in
Check-in was competed online, with a paper boarding pass generated. No bags were checked through.
Security was handled quickly and efficiently, with minimal queues
Lounge
For perceived convenience, the Galleries South lounge was used.
Boarding
Boarding was from Gate A3. Boarding was by groups.
The plane
It’s an Airbus A319 running in the usual EuroBusiness/EuroTraveller configuration.
The seat
The seat continues to be the Collins Aerospace (B/E Aerospace) Pinnacle Seat that is deployed on the British Airways short-haul fleet
Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity
No Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity was offered in flight apart from the map and the safety video
Food and Drink
A lunch service was offered, with a choice of ploughman’s salad or a warm quiche.
Landing
The service landed at Hamburg airport on time, with the plane docking at the Non-Schengen section of the airport.
