Is the offer worth it?
As usual – an offer like this is in the eye of the beholder. The general advice – as usual – applies when buying Avios. Unless you have a redemption planned and are short of a few Avios, don’t buy them as an investment vehicle
We’ve seen that redemption prices are due to increase on 30th May and this could be the time to get a decent redemption if you desire to use and burn them.
Again – your mileage will vary in what you define as good value, and if the cost of purchasing Avios and Taxes outweigh the cost of the flight in cash terms.
