SNAPSHOT: American Airlines 99 London Heathrow to Chicago

04/11/2019 by Kevincm

It’s time for another snapshot – this time focusing on the passenger experience on American Airlines 99 between London Heathrow and Chicago.

For those of you who are new to the blog:

  • Trip Reports – These are full deep-dive reports taking you into the experience and the small things… as well as the big things!
  • Snapshots – These are bite-sized reviews that show you the basic product in some nice gentle headlines (and normally, only images shot on the phone)

Check-in

Check-in was carried out at Row E at Heathrow Terminal 3. Priority check-in was available, however, there were only two agents manning the priority desks at 5:25 in the morning.

Nice post. I like the hot Pocket pizza :). I’m taking the ORD-LHR return segment on this route in a few weeks so this was timely for me.

What’s the situation on AA with the LHR-ORD flight in economy? When it comes to Alcohol – what is included for free? Can’t find anything online mentioning it …Starting to wish I ditched the group and just booked BA…
