Good morning from the wonderful world of Digbeth Coach Station (or by the time I depart – somewhere on the way between Birmingham Digbeth and the airport) as I begin the first leg of my trip to Hamburg.
Today I’m in comfort and travelling to Aircraft Interiors Expo as the Passenger Experience week gears up to full speed.
And even a short-haul trip fills me with a bit of adrenaline, as I prefer for travel, ensure I’ve got what I need… and probably what I’ve forgotten too.
Because that’s a thing.
But as long as I have my passport (check), laptop (check) and wallet… things are mostly ok. The rest can be dealt with down-route.
As for why not Birmingham airport?
A lack of direct flights and well-timed connections have put paid to me to use Birmingham Airport.
So it’s off the big airport today.
The sorry of this trip has just begun…
