Sadia‘s low-cost carrier flyadeal has signed with Acro Aircraft Seating for an order of 5,760 Series 6 seats.

The shipsets are rolling off the production lines at Acro headquarters in Crick, Northamptonshire as the company has picked up the pace on fulfilment of a 5,670 pax order for flyadeal, the new low-cost airline owned by Saudi flag carrier, Saudia.
The Acro seating contract is for the line-fit of thirty Airbus A320neo aircraft, with options for a further twenty A320neo.
Acro Series 6 seating will be used throughout the aircraft, with a premium version, complete with extra comfort covers and styling detail, on the first four and two Over Wing Exit rows.
The version of the Series 6 Acro will use will feature a fixed recline seat which was exclusively engineered for flyadeal. In terms of cabin layout, it will feature a 30” pitch for the first 4 rows, a 36” pitch for 2 OWE rows and a 28 to 29” pitch range in the remainder of the cabin to maximise cabin use.
The seats will feature an upper literature pocket, a lower net literature pocket stowage, a single leaf sliding table with cup recess and USB-A power supply, as well as a crew step fitted to the seats. The seats will be finished with faux leather covers in flyadeals colours.
