It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have an American Airlines Boeing 777-300ER at London Heathrow as it pushes back for a late afternoon departure to the United States.
American Airlines operates 20 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in its widebody fleet. The airline also operates the Boeing 777-200ER, Boeing 787-98 and Boeing 787-9 in its widebody type.
Together, these enable American Airlines to connect to the world from its international hubs in Charlotte, Chicago O’Hare, Dallas-Fort Worth, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, Philadelphia and Phoenix-Shy Harbor
This aircraft – N724AN – joined the American Airlines fleet in June 2013, where it has been since delivery. It’s been a busy beast, connecting the hubs of Dallas and New York-JFK and Los Angeles to London Heathrow, Athens, Delhi, Doha and Sydney.
More Airplane Art Next Week!
