Lets go to premium seating, with Thompson Aero Seating announcing a new programme with Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), to deliver business-class seats for its Airbus A321neo fleet.
THAI Airways will use the Vantage seat for its Airbus A321neo fleet. This will offer passengers as fully flat business comfort, delivering a premium passenger experience consistent with wide-body aircraft across THAI’s network.
The latest generation Vantage, specifically optimised for the A321neo cabin, will be fully customised for THAI to enhance passenger comfort and personal space.
Thompson will deliver 16 luxury lie-flat business-class seats in a 2-1-2 configuration (2-1, 1-2), with Thompson’s now iconic ‘Throne’ seat on alternate rows.
A total of 32 shipsets will be delivered to support THAI’s strategic network expansion and customer-focused vision, with the first scheduled for delivery later this year.
