SkyTeam has been busy in the background and has refreshed its Shared Lounge in Vancouver, Canada.
The lounge is open to SkyTeam Elite Plus, First and Business Class passengers. The fully refurbished lounge features a refreshed modern design, upgraded furniture and an updated layout that introduces dedicated areas for relaxation or productivity.
This updated lounge is located near Gate 53 in the west wing of International Concourse D of Vancouver International Airport.
The Vancouver Lounge spans two wings and has floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the runway and surrounding mountains. Guests can enjoy comfortable seating with charging points, shower facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi and other amenities.
As SkyTeam’s first lounge in North America, the YVR Lounge offers a taste of local and international flavours.
The dining area serves fresh, seasonal cuisine throughout the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, ranging from a noodle station to helping themselves to a hot-and-cold buffet selection with internationally-inspired menus created using local ingredients.
There are also more chances to go local at the self-service bar with vintages selected from wineries along the Pacific Northwest and beers sourced from some of the local microbreweries.
