It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a Cathay Pacific Airbus A350-900 at Hong Kong International Airport resting between duties in a Hong Kong evening.
Cathay Pacific operates a fleet of 30 Airbus A350-900 in its widebody fleet. They also operate the Airbus A330-300, Airbus A350-1000, and Boeing 777-300ER in their passenger wide-body operation.
The airline also operates the Boeing 747-400 and Boeing 747-8F in its cargo wing.
Together, they connect Hong Kong to the world.
The depicted is B-LRR. It joined the Cathay Pacific fleet in July 2017 and has remained in the fleet since then. At the time of writing, the aircraft is active, operating out of its Hong Kong home on both regional and long-haul routes to Perth, Riyadh, Johannesburg, Osaka, Bengaluru, Shanghai and San Francisco.
More Airplane Art next week.
