It seems that Cathay Pacific is keeping a very close eye on the future, with the recent orders it has made. Firstly, it has become the first Asian airline to order the Boeing 777X aircraft, with the airline signing for 21 frames based on the 777-9X. Etihad adds more seats from Abu Dhabi to Manchester

Etihad is slowly modifying its network so it shifts the right aircraft to meet the capacity requirements. As such it is boosting its services from Abu Dhabi to Manchester, with a switch out of an Airbus A330-200 to a Boeing 777-300ER. Lufthansa to allow personal electronic devices in all stages of flight
