ANA to expand its 787 fleet with 11 more aircraft

Boeing's launch parter for the 787 - All Nippon Airlines - has put in an order with Boeing for 11 more 787's. ANA has selected the 787-9 variant of the Dreamliner for this order. SAS prepares to throw in the towel on the CPH-BKK route

It seems that pressure from multiple angles has forced SAS to suspend its Copenhagen to Bangkok route.
