And you're correct. Everyone's "favourite" low cost carrier - Ryanair - will be applying another levy on all tickets sold from 17th Janaury 2012. The £0.25/€0.25 levy which will be charged per passenger per segment is to cover costs incurred from the European Union Emissions Trading Scheme. FlyBe expecting rough UK clouds ahead

Flybe seem to be flying into rough weather in the UK, with domestic traffic declining by 8% in Q3 this year. For the airline, UK Domestic traffic makes up 70% of its business - therefore this is a worry to the company. Air France and KLM go on the expansion – Orders 25 787-9’s

AirFrance-KLM Group has confirmed today that they are placing an order for 25 Boeing 787-9s with an option for 25 extra birds. The group has has stated they want the 787-9's to operate with KLM first - due to commence in 2016 - and with Air France at a date to be determined.
