EasyJet cuts London Southend flights to Edinburgh

It seems that London Southend to Edinburgh route will be no longer with us as we roll forward to Summer 2014, with EasyJet pulling the route from the 15th June. EasyJet operate an A320 currently on this route, operating 4-5 services a week. EasyJet A320 loses engine cowling – landed safely

EasyJet flight U22715 operating from Milan Malpensa to Lisbon suffered an incident on the 12th August, where the engine sustained damage with the cowling on one of its engines shortly after take off.
