Breaking news with an Asiana Airlines Boeing 777-200ER operating OZ214 crash landing at San Francisco International Airport. The airplane was coming in from Seoul, South Korea and apparently crashed sometime after touching down on Runway 28. Pakistan International Airlines PL709 diverted under fighter escort.

Another breaking news story today is that a Pakistan International Airlines aircraft has diverted from its journey to Manchester to Stansted Airport. JAL 787 Fire incident at Boston – More trouble for the Dreamliner

It seems the 787's are starting to run into real trouble, as a Japan Airlines Boeing 787 operating a Tokyo-Narita to Boston service has suffered an a fire after landing at Boston. Glasgow Airport reopens after an emergency landing

Glasgow Airport today had an emergency incident where a Jet2 flight declared an emergency as it was preparing for take off. The flight - LS117 operating a Glasgow to Alicante was operated by a Boeing 737 made an emergency sop on the runway prior to take off due to smoke in the cabin at 07:40 BST.
