The Richard Branson Ice Cube. Oh Dear.

01/05/2012 by Kevincm

Words almost escape me. I’m sure they’ll escape you too when you see these.

a glass sculpture of a man

a face in a glass of water

a silver head in a glass of water with a lemon slice

a woman holding a glass object to her ear

Images – Virgin Atlantic

There is some Virgn PR blurb that goes along the lines of to celebrate the new bars in the A330’s, these “Little Richards” will be turning up in your drink in Upper Class soon so “all passengers will be able to enjoy some chill out time with Mr Branson”

How much extra are Virgin wanting  for normal icecubes compared to those… things????

Personally, I’m waiting for the waterskiing-with-naked-model cubes to come out.

While I agree they’re quite tacky, I also find it quite funny in a way.
