If the term “here we go again” is one to go by, Lufthansa pilots are once again going out on strike today between 09:00 and 17:00 Central European Time.

Vereinigung Cockpit is calling the strike, which is still protesting at plans to change the Lufthansa retirement scheme and pay.
This time, Lufthansa’s Munich hub is the target for the action on the 10th September, with 128 flights cancelled, affecting German domestic routes and European flights. Long haul flights are not expected to be hit, but check before you depart.
The full list is at: http://www.lufthansa.com/online/portal/lh/de/flight_services/cancelled_flights?nodeid=1410039030&l=en&cid=18002
Flights operated out of Frankfurt will operate as normal, as will all flights operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Germanwings and Swiss.
The usual Lufthansa rebooking options are available, and are on the Lufthansa disruptions page.
Suffice to say, check before you fly as you may be rebooked already, and if you’re affected, it could be an idea to get in contact with Lufthansa for rebooking.
