Etihad Global Sale in progress

24/02/2016 by Kevincm

If it’s not Qatar Airways discounting its fares, it’s the turn of Etihad to discount their fares.

The sale is in both Economy and Business Classes.

Let’s have a look and see what’s discounted. These prices are from London Airports – pricing is also available from Manchester and Edinburgh.

Below are the starting prices:

Economy Class offers

Abu Dhabi £330 Economy
Mumbai £402 Economy
Bangkok £420 Economy
Kuala Lumpur £430 Economy
Hong Kong £440 Economy
Sydney £730 Economy
Colombo £440 Economy
Perth £590 Economy

Business Class offers

TO PRICE CLASS
Abu Dhabi £1655 Business
Bangkok £1696 Business
Beijing £1823 Business
Hong Kong £1875 Business
Johannesburg £2087 Business
Kuala Lumpur £1793 Business
Mumbai £1460 Business
Singapore £1884 Business

Booking deadline for these fares is the 29th February 2016 for travel between 10th March and 12th December 2016.

There are minimum/maximum stay requirements on these fares too:

  • Economy Class – 3 days / 6 months
  • Business Class- 3 days / 6 months

Check on the fare before you book.

The full terms and conditions are on the Etihad site.

Highlights include:

  • Book by 29 February, 2016, for travel
  • Book at Etihad.com
  • Fares include taxes and fuel surcharges.
  • Valid Visas and travel documents are responsibility of travellers
  • Blackout dates apply
  • Weekend surcharges may apply too.

There are some highlights in the fares here (for example Asia starts at £420 upwards), and the madness that is business class fares (it costs less to go to Mumbai in business class than to fly to Abu Dhabi), so there is some value to be had.

If you find Etihad’s product good for you, and the routes and dates match – this could be a good deal to jump ontop of.
