Airplane Art – United Airlines Boeing 777-200ER

03/07/2016 by Kevincm

It’s Sunday, and therefore it must be time for some airplane art.

This week, taxing at its home base of Chicago O’Hare International Airport on a sunny Sunday afternoon is a United Airlines Boeing 777-200ER as it prepares to head to a runway, taking it to its next destination.

United Airlines operate a fleet of 55 Boeing 777-200ERs (making them one of the largest operator of the type in the world), connecting the United hubs dotted across the USA to the world.

The airline was the launch customer of the Boeing 777 family.

In United Airlines future, more Boeing 777s will join the airline – as has orders for 14 Boeing 777-300ERs, the first of which is due to be delivered this year.

More Airplane Art next week!
