LEVEL is planning a network swap-a-round, dropping Oakland for San Francisco International Airport from 28th October 2018

The move centralises IAG operated services out of San Francisco, with only the twice-weekly service from Barcelona affected. LEVEL will operate its last flight pair to Oakland on the 25th October 2018, with the San Francisco International route starting up on the 28th October 2018
The route is available for booking, with lead-in fares starting at €129.05.
Although I’d spend the extra €94 to be treated like a human if it was me.
With LEVEL moving out of Oakland, this leaves behind Norwegian Air Shuttle to provide transatlantic services (with a reasonable roster of destinations, serving Barcelona, London Gatwick, Paris Charles de Gaulle and Rome–Fiumicino on a regular basis, and Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm-Arlanda). British Airways mainline is also moving out of Oakland for the winter season too.
Whilst not the biggest of route changes, if you’re flying LEVEL and have onward connections – you may need to think again about how you connect.
On the plus side – San Francisco has an awful lot of connectivity out of it, with direct connectivity to downtown San Francisco by a one-seat ride.
If you have tickets booked to Oakland, you might need to check for changes if you’re travelling after October…
