As we move to the end of October, as well as the clocks going back today – it must be time for Last Week at Economy Class and Beyond.
As we exit British Summer Time and head back to Greenwich Mean Time (or UTC), Birmingham is gearing up for the “Frankfurt Christmas Market Birmingham” opening on the 4th November. At this point, I’ll be hunting for another coffee spot with the crowds and people. It can be a great tourist experience, or a hot mess. I’ll let you guess which one I get most of the time…
Travel Restrictions and Changes
- Lateral Flow Tests now accepted for England Day 2 testing – Lower Cost tests ahoy. Book them before you return to the UK

Airplane Art
Next Week
As we head further into November (where has the year gone?) and I slowly get off these damn crutches (it’s a journey, trust me), we’ll be keeping an eye on some of the madness that is going on.
We will however not be covering any airline news out of COP26 this week. There is fluff and then…. there’s the amount of greenwashing going on.
There is a trip report in flight – and you bet there will be another three segments heading out at least this week.
Until we see each other again, stay safe.
