LATAM passes regulatory hurdles, LAN and TAM Merge

In mergers, LAN Airlines and TAM have finally complete the merger of the two airlines into the LATAM group. Transaero confirms A380 order

Transaero Airlines have confirmed an order today for four Airbus A380 aircraft. The original memorandum of understanding was signed in October 2011, with the conversion of that memorandum into a firm order, making it the first operator of the WhaleJet in Russia/CIS/Eastern European area. Ryanair makes yet another bid for Aer Lingus
