Etihad and Alitalia in final stages of investment talks

It's been reported that the Italian Flag carrier - Alitalia - in currently in talks with Etihad Airways of Abu Dhabi over investment in Alitalia. These talks which are now in their final phases may take another 30 days to finalise. Lufthansa to send a Boeing 747-8i to Seoul

Etihad adds first class cabin to their Tokyo route

Etihad Airways are adding a premium option on their route between Abu Dhabi and Tokyo Narita, with the airline adding a first class product between the two cities. To achieve this, the airline will be swapping the current Airbus A330-200 operated on that route for an Airbus A340-500 aircraft.
